This page explains how clients may use images created by Jamison O’Malley.

Copyright

All photographs remain the intellectual property and copyright of Jamison O'Malley unless transferred in writing.

Purchasing photographs does not transfer copyright ownership.

Personal Use Licence

Unless otherwise agreed, personal-use clients may:

- Share images on social media

- Print images for personal use

- Share images with family and friends

Images may not be:

- Sold

- Entered into competitions

- Provided to businesses or sponsors

- Used for advertising

- Published commercially

Without written permission.

Commercial Licence

Commercial licences are customised depending on the project.

Commercial usage may include:

- Websites

- Marketing

- Advertising

- Social media

- Press releases

- Promotional campaigns

- Internal business communications

Licence terms will be outlined within your quotation or agreement.

Editorial Licensing

Editorial use is available for newspapers, magazines, publishers and media organisations.

Where practical, published images should include the credit:

Third-Party Use

Images supplied to a client may not be shared with:

- Sponsors

- Agencies

- Media organisations

- Businesses

- Event partners

Unless licensing approval has been obtained.

Editing & Alterations

Images must not be significantly altered, manipulated or edited in a manner that misrepresents the original work.

Minor cropping for social media or layout purposes is acceptable unless otherwise agreed.

Additional Licensing

Extended commercial, advertising and sponsorship licences are available upon request.
