By booking a session or submitting an enquiry through this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
“I”, “me”, or “Jamison O’Malley” refers to the photographer and content creator operating under Jamison O’Malley.

- Bookings & Payment

All bookings are confirmed in writing. Payment terms are agreed before the shoot and are due upon or after delivery, depending on the project.
Pricing will always be discussed and confirmed in advance — there are no surprise fees or hidden costs.

- Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give as much notice as possible.
Cancellations made within 12 hours of the booked time may incur a small fee to cover preparation and scheduling costs.
In cases of severe weather, illness, or emergencies, rescheduling is always offered at no extra charge.

- Delivery & Turnaround

Edited images are typically delivered within 4–14 days, depending on project size and workflow.
Fast-turnaround options are available for urgent or media-based coverage when arranged prior to the shoot.
All final images are delivered digitally via a secure online gallery or download link.

- RAW Files Policy

RAW files remain the intellectual property of the photographer.
They are not included in any package unless agreed in writing.

- Liability

Every effort is made to ensure your project runs smoothly. However, I am not responsible for circumstances beyond my control — such as weather, venue restrictions, or technical issues.
In the rare event of image loss or technical failure, any fees paid will be refunded in full as the sole remedy.

- Image Storage Policy

Delivered images are stored for 12 months, and storage beyond this period is not guaranteed unless a prior storage plan has been arranged; clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their galleries within the 12-month period.

- Copyright & Usage

All images remain the copyright of Jamison O’Malley Photography unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Images may not be resold, heavily edited, or redistributed without permission.
I reserve the right to use selected images for my portfolio, social media, and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing before the shoot.
