By engaging the services of Jamison O'Malley or submitting an enquiry through this website, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Bookings

All bookings are confirmed in writing.

A booking is considered secured once both parties have agreed to the project details and any required deposit or payment arrangements.

Pricing & Payment

Every project is individually quoted based on its scope.

Payment terms will be confirmed before the booking.

Invoices may require:

- Full payment before delivery

- Deposit prior to the event

- Payment within the agreed invoice period

Late payments may incur additional fees where permitted by law.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please provide as much notice as possible.

Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time may incur a cancellation fee.

Where possible, bookings affected by illness, severe weather or unforeseen circumstances will be rescheduled.

Delivery & Turnaround

Edited images are typically delivered within 4–14 days, depending on project size and workflow.
Fast-turnaround options are available for urgent or media-based coverage when arranged prior to the shoot.
All final images are delivered digitally via a secure online gallery or download link.

Image Storage

Delivered images are stored for 12 months, and storage beyond this period is not guaranteed unless a prior storage plan has been arranged; clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their galleries within the 12-month period.

RAW Files

RAW image files remain the property of Jamison O'Malley and are not included with any photography package unless agreed in writing.

Copyright & Usage

All images remain the copyright of Jamison O’Malley Photography under the Copyright Act 1968 (Australia). Unless otherwise agreed in writing. Images may not be resold, heavily edited, or redistributed without permission.
I reserve the right to use selected images for my portfolio, social media, and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing before the shoot.

Limitation of Liability

Every reasonable effort is taken to deliver professional photography services.

However, I cannot be held responsible for circumstances outside my reasonable control, including but not limited to:

- Severe weather

- Venue restrictions

- Equipment failure despite reasonable precautions

- Event schedule changes

Where a complete failure to deliver services occurs due to my fault, any liability is limited to a refund of fees paid.
